Heating System Centralisation

Centralisation of the building's heating and hot water production, previously provided by individual boilers and water heaters. Distribution risers were routed through the apartments and extended into the attic in preparation for possible future development of the upper floors. The works include lining the chimney flue and creating a heating plant room with fire-resistant walls and a fire door.
