We collect the following data when you use our contact form or our information request: name, email address, phone number (optional, unless you ask to be called back), the content of your message and, for the information request, the nature of your need, your situation (owner, investor, company…), the type and location of the property concerned and your contact preference. The page of the Site from which the request was sent is also transmitted to us, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided. In addition, our hosting provider automatically records technical connection data (IP address, browser type, page visited, date and time) in server logs, for security and to keep the Site running, for a limited period. The Site does not use any audience-measurement tool.
4. Purpose of processing
Personal data collected is used exclusively to: respond to your inquiries, inform you about our services and available properties if requested, and improve the quality of our website.
5. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on your consent (submission of the contact form or the information request) and our legitimate interest in responding to your requests and improving our services, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP).
6. Data retention
Personal data submitted through the contact form or the information request is retained for a maximum period of 2 years from your last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Data sharing
F&F Gestion Sàrl does not sell or rent your personal data. It is processed by the following technical providers required to operate the Site: Vercel Inc. (website hosting, United States), Resend Inc. (delivery of contact-form and information-request messages and of the confirmation email, United States) and Google LLC (receiving mailbox, United States). These providers are bound by data-processing agreements and offer appropriate safeguards for transfers outside Switzerland (standard contractual clauses, Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Your data may also be disclosed where required by law.
8. Cookies and local storage
The Site does not use any cookies, whether advertising or tracking. A single display preference (light or dark theme) is stored locally in your browser (local storage) when you change it; it is never transmitted to F&F Gestion Sàrl or to third parties and can be deleted at any time through your browser settings.
