These terms of service govern the use of the F&F Gestion website (hereinafter "the Site") as well as the relationship between F&F Gestion and its clients within the scope of its real estate management, renovation support, and advisory activities.
2. Services
F&F Gestion offers the following services: complete rental management of real estate properties, renovation support and construction supervision, as well as real estate investment advisory and planning. The specific terms of each service are defined in individual contracts concluded with clients.
3. Liability
F&F Gestion undertakes to carry out its services with diligence and professionalism in accordance with real estate industry standards. F&F Gestion shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or harm resulting from circumstances beyond its control. Information published on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, graphic elements) is the exclusive property of F&F Gestion or its partners. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
5. Available properties
Properties displayed on the Site are for informational purposes. F&F Gestion does not guarantee real-time availability of listed properties. Prices shown are subject to change without notice. Only a signed contract between the parties is binding.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms of service are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
